Although there are several similarities between the EDT and the EDP versions of this fragrance, the EDP is richer and has a much better performance. The opening is stronger and you definitely notice the coriander and basil notes. If I had to pick one it would be EDT, I think it similar to EDP but smells a little better to my nose and longevity is the same for both for me. If you want my opinion for date night, I would highly recommend la nuit de lhomme, or prada black.I've owned both the EDT and EDP and the EDP definitely is richer and stronger smelling overall but that doesn't mean the EDT is weak by any stretch of the imagination. I actually prefer the EDT for it being slightly more tamed. Overall, the The One EDP has a far superior performance to the EDT. Similarly, its head is much more boozy while the base is quite deep. Otherwise, they’re quite similar in actual notes.
